Shipping policy

As all of our products are made by hand, all orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an email once your order has been completed and has been shipped.

Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated in the checkout. All orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Pick Up: Please wait to be notified that your order has been completed. All items are handmade and will be crafted within 2-5 business days. To arrange a pickup, please send an email to hello@bravicpets.com.au and quote your order number.

Local Delivery: Local deliveries can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us to arrange a delivery. Please note: local delivery is only available within 20km of Canning Vale WA 6155
